Heat your on hot water - Evacuated Solar Tubes

what is it?
Solar thermal panels use free energy from the sun to heat domestic water
Solar radiation, when it collides with each glass tube is absorbed by the liquid inside.
The heated liquid is circulated into your home boiler system.

the benefits
Very little maintainance. Fully installed hot water system.
You may not need to run your boiler in the summer to heat your water.
Can provide up to 5.5% of energy - related  CO

The Benefits of Solar Tubes

A Simpler technology, a thin panel of metal usually black with a pane of glass over the top to stop the heat escaping into the air, maximising the transfer of heat to the water cyclinder.

Flat bed plates are a cheaper alternative and they also inoffensive.

When the sun shines directly onto the panels the maximum plate surface area is exposed to the sun.

From March to October you may not need to run     your boiler, and in the winter it will dramatically reduce the need for your boiler to fire up throughout the day.

Evacuated solar tubes are more efficient during colder weather as less heat is lost to the air outside.

Our Evacuated solar tubes provide a means to significantly reduce your annual energy bills.

No planning permission is required in most cases unless you live in a listed building or a conservation area.

Very little maintainance required, it is suggested however you wipe them over every six months to maintain high optimum use. (we do recommend you check with your local council to be sure).

How our products supercede old style solar?

This Solar technology uses the patended Low E Glass, which reduces the reflective properties and increases the absorbtion.

Because the glass is not flat it has a 360 deg absorbtion ability, which enables a better performance than other solar panels, giving an even output throughout the day

Each tube has twin-skin vacuum filled glazing for better heat retention, once the heat is inside it becomes trapped
